This is an example of intermittent fasting menu. It is simply 3 meals per day. Eaten on schedule
of 10:00 am, 2:00 pm, 6:00 pm. *NO SNACKS.
The basic meal includes:
Mixed Greens Lettuce
6-8 oz. Grilled organic protein (chicken, salmon, steak)
hard boiled free range organic egg,
sliced almonds and mixed nuts
extra virgin olive oil
tablespoon coconut oil
NOTES: You can switch times as long as spacing is the same. I often do a workout prior to 10:00 am meal.
I often supplement with branched chain amino acid prior to 10:00 am taken with water. Stay hydrated, drinks lots of water.
Fasting allows your body to heal and clean out your body.
