What You Need
What's the benefit of oil pulling?
It remove bacteria and promote healthy teeth and gums. In fact, it’s been proven to be even more effective than flossing, and it’s one of the best ways to naturally whiten your teeth.
Bacteria and acid can hide in crevices in the mouth. Some of the most common places include the tongue and cheeks, but the oil will pull it all out. The liquid can get right into the crevices in the way that a toothbrush can’t.
Coconut oil has the added advantage of being antibacterial. Not only is the bacteria pulled out of the mouth, but it is killed at the same time. Even if you don’t manage to get every single bit of bacteria out, it will be killed off so it can’t grow at a later stage. Chances are you won’t have bacteria left over though anyway, especially if you oil pull properly.
There are also antifungal properties to coconut oil. Mouth thrush is more common than we like to admit. It’s especially a problem in those who take antibiotics and other medication on a regular basis. The coconut oil will help to fight against the fungal growth, getting rid of any type of infection in the mouth.
It has taken quite some time, but oil pulling has finally gained some popularity in the United States.

Informed consent means that the patient has complete information on the risks verses benefits of any treatment. Vaccines are given to a healthy person with the intent to protect them from illness. They are not required to undergo the same rigorous study protocols as medication as they are labeled 'blood biologic'. Dr Rosie Main, of Main Health Solutions and Ashley Everly, toxicologist share information to help educate the public on vaccines. Sadly much of this information is NOT shared by doctors, nurses or pharmacists prior to administration of 'immunizations'. You alone are responsible for your family's health. You will carry the burden should an adverse reaction happen, neither doctors nor the vaccines makers are financially or physically responsible.
Looking for indepth study resources on vaccines? Ashley has created the vaccine.guide an online and printable resources. Thank you KIDO 580AM for allowing us to go speak on our Health Freedoms in Idaho and on the importance of knowing what is in Vaccines to our public. We want our community to make an informed choice.

It’s true that your body’s pH plays a big role in overall health, and the standard American diet is typically filled with refined sugars, hydrogenated oils, excess sodium, high-fructose corn syrup, chemical additives, pesticides, synthetic hormones and ultra-processed foods that can all contribute to low-grade acidosis, or an overproduction of acid in the blood, fostering an environment where disease can thrive.
Some claim that alkaline water — or high pH water — is the best water to drink when it comes to health, citing a long list of potential alkaline water benefits from enhanced weight loss to resistance against cancer. But does this popular beverage live up to the hype, or is it just another fad used to target health-conscious consumers? Let’s break down the debate and find the truth.
Alkaline compounds buffer acids in the blood with four main minerals — calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium — which work together to keep the body healthy and running properly.
Can we drink enough alkaline water to tip the pH balance in our bodies? That remains to be scientifically proven. Can drinking alkaline water have health benefits? Yes - it can - here's how:
5 Alkaline Water Benefits
As with all things in life, balance is key when it comes to alkaline water. While it may come with some alkaline water benefits, following a healthy, nutrient-rich diet filled with lots of whole foods and fresh fruits and veggies is still the best way to maintain a proper pH balance and keep you healthy. In the end, alkaline water cannot replace the array of essential nutrients that your body needs from food.
Glyphosate aka Roundup is used by farmers on such crops such as wheat, oats, edible beans and other crops right before harvest, raising concerns that the herbicide could get into food products.
Escalating Use of Probable Carcinogen
Glyphosate has come under increased scrutiny in the past year. Last year the World Health Organization's cancer group, the International Agency for Research on Cancer, classified it as a probable carcinogen. The state of California has also moved to classify the herbicide as a probable carcinogen. A growing body of research is documenting health concerns of glyphosate as an endocrine disruptor and that it kills beneficial gut bacteria, damages the DNA in human embryonic, placental and umbilical cord cells and is linked to birth defects and reproductive problems in laboratory animals.
Its used to speed up wheat harvest in wet areas.
Powerful Effect on Food System
Along with wheat and oats, glyphosate is used to desiccate a wide range of other crops including lentils, peas, non-GMO soybeans, corn, flax, rye, triticale, buckwheat, millet, canola, sugar beets and potatoes. Sunflowers may also be treated pre-harvest with glyphosate, according to the National Sunflower Association.
Benbrook says that a large portion of edible beans grown in Washington and Idaho are desiccated with glyphosate.
There are no statistics kept on the number of acres of wheat or other crops that are desiccated with glyphosate, according to Ransom.
“Would Rather Not Eat a Loaf of Bread With Glyphosate In It"
There are obvious concerns about glyphosate getting into food products.
“We are told these (glyphosate residues) are too small to matter but can we believe that?" the Saskatchewan farmer asked. “I think everyone, even farmers that use and love glyphosate, would rather not eat a loaf of bread with glyphosate in it."
Wiebe shares similar concerns. “Consumers don't realize when they buy wheat products like flour, cookies and bread they are getting glyphosate residues in those products," he said. “It's barbaric to put glyphosate in food a few days before you harvest it."
How do you avoid glyphosate in your food? Start by growing your own, purchasing directly from a small farmer you can talk to about your concerns of herbicides and seek out organic labels in the grocery store.

In a recent appearance on All In with Chris Hayes on MSNBC, drug abuse and addiction expert Carl Hart of Columbia University made a shocking claim: There isn’t much difference between the demonized street drug methamphetamine (also known as meth or crystal meth) and the prescription drug Adderall.
It’s not the first time Hart has raised this idea. In a 2014 report, Hart and co-authors Joanne Csete and Don Habibi, also from Columbia, examined in depth the effects of meth on the brain, concluding that there is no discernible difference in the effects of any amphetamine, whether prescription or illicit.
FDA says meth OK for ADHD, weight lossFirst, some definitions: Amphetamines are a class of chemicals that are used both medically and recreationally. The street drug known as “meth” may refer to either methamphetamine or dextroamphetamine. “Crystal meth” is a more specific form, methamphetamine hydrochloride.
The authors of the report note that both popular and scientific literature regularly make meth out to be much stronger and more addictive than other amphetamines.
“Such statements, however, are inconsistent with the empirical evidence,” they wrote. ” In carefully controlled laboratory studies of human research participants, [dextroamphetamine] and methamphetamine produce nearly identical physiological and behavioral effects…. They both increase blood pressure, pulse, euphoria, and desire to take the drug in a dose-dependent manner. Essentially, they are the same drug.”
That means amphetamine drugs such as Adderall — prescribed to treat narcolepsy and “attention deficit hyperactivity disorder” (ADHD) in children as young as two — are in fact no different in action from meth. In fact, the active ingredients of Adderall are actually 75 percent dextroamphetamine salts; the other 25 percent are other amphetamines. That’s why the drug is also used to enhance mental and athletic performance, and recreationally to produce a euphoric “high.”
There’s another FDA-approved drug that’s even closer to crystal meth: the active ingredient of Desoxyn is methamphetamine hydrochloride — which is, literally, crystal meth. Desoxyn is approved for treatment of ADHD (even in the absence of any nervous system dysfunction) and as a weight-loss drug.
The absurdities of Drug War politicsThat means that Adderall, Desoxyn and other prescription amphetamines likely carry the same risks as meth. According to Hart and colleagues, one of the main risks of long-term amphetamine use is toxicity to the brain cells that produce dopamine and other monoamine neurotransmitters. This appears to occur because large doses of amphetamine abnormally boost dopamine levels in the brain, leading to the production of cell- and DNA-destroying free radicals.
“This, in turn, could lead to persistent deficits in the functioning of dopamine-containing cells,” the researchers wrote.
They note that recreational drug users may be somewhat insulated from this effect, because they tend to start with small doses and increase their usage over time. The worst effects in animal studies were seen in drug-naive animals given a large dose repeatedly.
The authors do not mention if this could happen to children abruptly given high doses of ADHD drugs.
Other known risks of long-term amphetamine use include stroke and “paranoia mimicking full-blown psychosis.”
Hart and colleagues note that the artificial division between meth and drugs such as Adderall is typical of the politics-driven “War on Drugs.” In 1986, for example, Congress passed a law making the penalties for crack possession 50 times more severe than the penalties for cocaine. But these are chemically the same drug and produce identical effects. The only major difference is that crack is typically smoked rather than snorted, leading to higher blood concentrations of the active ingredient.
“To punish crack users more harshly than powder users is analogous to punishing those who are caught smoking marijuana more harshly than those caught eating marijuana-laced brownies,” the researchers wrote.
